  • d) Arbitration Administration: The arbitration shall be administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted.
  • e) Arbitration Details: The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the arbitration may be conducted remotely via video conference. If an in-person hearing is deemed necessary by the arbitrator, the location shall be Hong Kong.
  • f) Class Action Waiver: You and the Company agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.

  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you by updating the “Last Updated” date.
